Our usually cautious cat accepted Paulina almost instantly and was very comfortable around her.

"J'ai fait appel à Andi pour m'aider à mettre un de mes chats dans sa cage de transport afin de l'emmener chez le vétérinaire.
Le transfert s'est fait sans encombre. Mon chat est rentré dans la cage sans râler.
Andi est extraordinairement douce, bienveillante, calme et patiente. Elle aime sincèrement les animaux, et cela se voit/se ressent.
Malgré la barrière de la langue, Andi a su mener à bien sa mission car elle communique très bien et parle/comprend plusieurs langues (NL, EN et 1/2 FR).
Je referais appel à Andi sans hésiter car il me paraît évident que mes chats seront gâtés et en bonne compagnie.
